IIT Safalta - terms, refunds and disclaimer

Refunds - no refunds after payment

All payments are final. Once a plan is paid for we do not give any refund, full or part - also not when the plan is not used, used only for a few days, when you change your mind or your exam plans, or when the student leaves for another course.
The only exceptions. If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but no plan opened and we could not open it, we return that amount to the same UPI, card or bank account within 7 working days of checking it. Call or e-mail us with the payment reference.
Upgrades are not cash. When you move to a bigger plan, the unused part of your current plan is taken off its price. That part is never paid out as money.
One student, one plan. A plan cannot be moved to another student, another mobile number or another course.

How long a plan lasts

Till JEE Advanced day. Every plan runs from the day you pay until the JEE Advanced day of the student's exam year. The exact last day is shown before you pay and on My plan.
Which year. 12th and Dropper plans: the next JEE Advanced. 11th + 12th: the JEE Advanced after that, so a Class 11 student is covered through Class 12. Practice (Test Series): by class - Class 11 the year after next, otherwise the next JEE Advanced.

Disclaimer

Not the exam authorities. IIT Safalta is a practice and learning service of CatalyseR Eduventures India Pvt. Ltd. It is not run by, linked to or approved by the National Testing Agency (NTA), any IIT or the Joint Admission Board. "JEE Main" and "JEE Advanced" are named only to say which exams we help students prepare for.
No promise of results. Scores, predicted percentiles, ranks and goals shown on IIT Safalta are estimates worked out from the student's answers on our papers. They are not a promise of any marks, percentile, rank, selection or admission in the real exam.
Exam dates can change. Exam dates, pattern and syllabus are decided by the exam authorities and can change. Plans end on the expected JEE Advanced day of the student's exam year; the last day is shown on My plan. Always check the official exam websites for the real dates.
Papers and solutions. Past JEE papers are given for practice. Answer keys and solutions are prepared by our teachers with care; if you find a mistake, tell us and we correct it.
For the student's own use. A plan is for one student. Sharing the login, or copying, recording or passing on our papers, videos or solutions, is not allowed; we may close an account that does so, without refund.
Your device and internet. You need a working internet connection and a recent phone or computer. We are not responsible for time lost to the student's own device, network or power. If our service is down we work to bring it back quickly.
Law. These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is heard by the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Your information and payments

What we keep. The student's name, mobile number, class, e-mail (if given) and the answers given on our papers - to run the account, show the reports and call about the plan. We do not sell this information to anyone.
Payments. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or keep card numbers, UPI PINs or bank logins - only the amount, the date and the payment reference.
